Cruising on a Shoestring

When it comes to choosing a cruise for yournext holiday, you’d be forgiven for thinking it’s an expensive affair that will snap up the holiday fund in one fell swoop. But cruises are not necessarily the budget-busting experience you might think – and they also represent excellent value for money.

Thanks to a range of excellent cruise holiday tour operators that range from the sublime Royal Caribbean International, one of the cruise new boys that burst onto the scene with innovative and activity-laden liners, to the traditional and established P&O (also known as PO Cruises), you’ll find something to suit a wide variety of tastes and even the smallest of holiday budgets.

In terms of value for money, cruises win hands down. You’ve got the opportunity to wake up to a new destination every day and spend plenty of time ashore exploring each new location. In-between ports the ships are decked out with plenty of things to do which will keep you occupied from dawn til dusk.

Furthermore you will also find an abundance of cruise holiday offers to choose from. Most large-scale operators will offer regular discounts and the chance to snap up great deals on cabin upgrades or drinks packages, making your stay onboard that bit more enjoyable.

Like any package holiday you can book late departures and take advantage of last-minute price cuts which can knock a huge chunk off the original cost of the holiday. Or for a better choice of itineraries, cabins and for more availability, look out for new seasons or the launch of a new brochure and snap up early bird deals up to a year in advance. When booking early, most large-scale tour operators will also give you the chance to pay off the cost of your booking in several instalments.

Whatever your circumstances, there are cruise holidays aplenty to suit every taste and budget.

Amazing old buildings in Germany

During our visit in Germany last year, we had the opportunity to explore the place where amazing constructions are found. Like old buildings with an amazing history on its construction.

This is the whole map of the place. This alone is I think a great job and very fine arts.

This fantastic designed church made me wow and wondered how much time they spent in building it and how the designer can think on this kind of unique and symetric chuch building. You can see it’s tip where ever you are in the whole area.

And this old hotel along the seaside is said to be the famous residential house thousand years ago and yet until now , still working well.

This building as I have informed; those stones were just filed without any cement to hold each other. Its just purely stones and filed or formed well. I think its amazing that until now it holds so well! Fantastic right?

Fontana de Trevi!

During our trip to Rome, Italy, we had the opportunity to visit the amazing Fonatana de Trevi. A very wonderful fountain and huge. Even if there were lots tourists also who were there, we made it to get in ourselves in the midst of different kinds of folks and yet it still feel relaxing. If outdoor fountains makes one’s house elegant and welcoming, how much more that fountain there in which the sounds of the flowing water seems a fine music to our ears.

This place is highly recommended in case you’ll happen to visit Rome. Visit this fountain and have a wish! Have a great weekend everyone!

Beautiful Places to visit in Cape Town

During the 1600s and 1700s, the Dutch, English and French fought
fervently for possession of the port city of Cape Town, South Africa. It
served as the staging ground for access to eastern parts of Africa as well
as India. While the Dutch controlled the city for several years, it was the
British who manage to capture it as well. While the imperialistic epoch of
the 17th and 18th centuries has subsidized, the little Dutch town known as Cape Town still remains. Surrounded by waterfronts and rich with history, this large, costal city continues to hold great reverence and admiration among tourists. Cyclists, tourists and hikers all marvel at the opulent scenic tours and bevy of waterfront attractions that pepper the shoreline.

The Atlantic Seaboard

The quaint Edwardian and Victorian architecture makes tourists look in
awe at the city’s opulence, but it’s the surrounding sites that
really make the city stand out. Taking a drive down Victoria Road exposes
travelers to the picturesque view of the Atlantic Ocean, but also lets
travelers marvel at the mountainous slopes of Lion’s Head and the
Twelve Apostles that pepper the seaboard.

The slopes make for the perfect day hike while the road opens itself up
to individuals hoping to take a more scenic route by cycling across the
coast. Individuals taking tourism classes in Cape Town will love the scenery
surrounding the lush city making it the perfect place to study and travel
around.

Table Mountain

Take a single look at Table Mountain and you’ll feel beguiled by
its design and surrounding attractions. Perfect for a day hike, Table
Mountain offers a bevy of trails for experienced and novice backpackers to
enjoy. While families looking to stay off their feet can take a cable car
ride around the mountain to enjoy the alluring scenery surrounding the
grounds.

After a trip up the mountain, adults can stay for a drink at the
Cableway Cocktail Bar nestled atop the railway station, offering a
spectacular view of city below. Families can also enjoy a nice dinner at
one of the dozens of restaurants around Table Mountain, ranging from
sit-down eateries to coffee huts.

Fish Hoek

While much of the region around Cape Town remains changed by the large
conglomerates that have altered the landscape, Fish Hoek remains untouched.
Its proliferation of quant shops makes for the perfect retreat for anyone
looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the booming city.

Fish Hoek also is a cyclist paradise with more bike tours offered than
anywhere in the city, it’s no coincident why more bike enthusiasts
plan a day trip to Fish Hoek. With tours for all levels of endurance,
cyclist will tour a bevy of attractions leading to popular attractions such
as False Bay Coast to the famous Elsie’s Peak.

Cape Town surges with tourist every summer, from its quite getaways in
Fish Hoek to its opulent Atlantic Seaboard, the city manages to offer
adventure, sites and decadent cuisine to satisfy the desires of any tourist
that passes through its ports. Tourists who heard about the city from a
friend to the student who found a vocational school through an online
university
, Cape Town makes for the perfect place to visit, study and
even live.

During our road trip to Paris two years ago, we dropped by several countries on the way and first drop was Denmark. They have  fantastic beaches here.

One particular famous beach is at Skagen, Denmark where the two oceans meets. So amazing when waves in different direction meets in the middle.

Then few kilometers from that place, we traveled north bound to the other beach which known as the longest seashore. Indeed it was and so great to relax and cool down our mind on that place.
Sharing this for “Tuesday Travels”.

Have a great time, traveling through visiting different travel entries here. See you guys!

It’s summer time finally and school is ending. It’s time to get up and look forward to a vacation that we deserve. As I was surfing the net looking for possible great vacations, I find this image so cool and captivating! Gives a smile on the face and makes us ponder.  ” Should I be one of those who are always on ‘staycation’ or be among others who have great time on vacation?”

After our first fantastic adventure in Rome, Italy last year, we were again planning to do another trip with my aunts and cousins here. It was a successful trip we had last time and so unwinding. For everything we have  been through about our life here in Europe, it was a great time of relaxation and a great treat to ourselves! I can’t imagine how lucky we are to have these opportunities life have given us! Well, where’s the next hit?

We were eyeing of course Spain, like Gran canary and one of my classmate gave me a tips to consider Barcelona also. We already started checking up on cheap flights to malaga from time to time so if we find a good price, well you know whats next. One of my aunt has been in Gran Canary already but with her family. So whatever we decided to, she still is willing to go back and this time with us! But maybe we can try another place though. There are many great places with great beaches there, so it’s gonna be exciting! We only have 3 months more to go and it’s vacation time again. I can’t wait for another fun and new adventure we are going to experience. May God bless all our plans!

They all loves music! They all can sing and all of them can play atleast one musical instrument. I’m talking about my best friend who have the talent in singing. She also got married to a man who plays guitar and can sing as well. When their first born son was at the age of 3, he already sings very well and at 6 he already had his first composed song.

Now, that child grow with the talent in music and is a teenager now. Everytime I saw a beautiful Line 6 Guitars , it was him I can think of. Must be perfect for him. I heard from the mother that he’s wishing a quality guitar and he’s doing well with his music ministry. They got a 2nd child and is 4years old now and have interests in drums! Aren’t they great?

One remarkable thing that I observed and  admired about folks here in Sweden is that they love animals. They treat their pets as their family. From early age, most children already shows interests on pet animals to have and to take care of. Most of our family and friends here have really pets in their house , dogs, cats, rabbit, birds and more. My mother-in-law will have a cat so soon and when I saw this plastic pet crates so cute from vari kennels , I was thinking, this could be perfect for her cat. Well, this holds even or designed for the dogs, so must be okay for the cat too or for a rabbit? Well, my Laikka wishes a rabbit, but we have to think about it first! Let’s see!
