Family trips and clicks!

The angel of the family just celebrated her birthday last saturday togetherwith the whole family. With my in-laws and my aunt’s family here together we are really a huge family. And it feels good to meet each other on this kind of occassion. I can see how they love our 5 years old darling by their presence.

I can feel that she was so glad and so proud that finally she is now 5 years old! She’s been talking about it these past weeks and so when it finally came , she cannot express what she really felt. At the end , she said to everyone; ” This is the happiest birthday one can have” and then she blurted out; “from now on, I will be called  ‘fem åringen’ -which means, miss 5 years old! She is so funny and the same time cute and adorable. And the whole family are so proud about her!

Yes, out little member of the family turns ONE today. It was just like yesterday, she was so tiny but a smiling angel sent to us to complete my family! She turns out vey pretty and adorable! Here are some of her cuteness!

I’m so thankful about you dear Erika! You are the light and our happiness in the family together with your ” ate” Laikka! May you will grow healthy, compassionate and smart! May the Lord will continue to bless you all the days of your life! We love you so much! Happy returns of the day!

We attended my friend’s birthday party last week and we had fun meeting our family friend’s there. Some have not been seen each other lately so it was fun meeting them again there. I was so glad because we made our family motif to be RED on that day and alas the birthday girl wears red too! Happy to be ‘in’. So I wanted to have a family picture that day as remembrance! It’s so seldom we got a family color in parties:)

My family in pinas since I migrate here in Sweden away from them always celebrates my birthday too in different ways. Even in my absence there but I feel I’m with them anyway. There were times they even serenade me through the web.

Most of the time my mother prepares a giveaways for every family in our clan and for our bretheren in the church. My father always set aside one sack of rice every harvest in preparation for my day to distribute together with other goods as birthday giveaways. I’m so happy about this and so thankful for my parents in doing so. Their reason is , this is the way of thanking that they got a daughter like me. Isn’t it sweet and touching?

But this year , last week in particular during my birthday, my mother suppose to do it again but under inevitable circumstances, there’s no giveaways happened, instead they gathered in the church and my family served my favorite snacks which is “siopaw” hehe, with meat inside. Oh, that was so sweet and everyone were happy remembering me while eating..hahhah!
