Since it was the birthday of the head of our simple family, I made it a point that we have a family picture. Its my passion to have one every occasion and so we have this latest to share with.

Last friday another family relative traveled from Norway to visit us here in Sweden. She just arrived from Philippines a week ago but to Norway since her husband is a norwegian. She felt lonely and sick since, not like us we are already few here that can take care for each other when this sickness called ‘homesick’ strikes!
The lady in red she is. She just got married last July as I posted about her wedding here. And now finally she had given a visa so soon and out of our expectation. Luck just keep on coming!
She’s back now to norway with her husband. She already starts her study on thir language. We’re hoping on summer time tha we can visit them there! She will have a hard time, but like us, it will soon be fine! Goodluck Bernadeth and God Bless! Welcome!
Most people here in Sweden chose to live in an apartment than in a house specially if they are just couples or singles. But when we become a family and with couple of children, we always wish to have a house . And thats our situation now. We are still living in an apartment but since we already have children we already start looking for a house nowadays. It’s exciting to fix something in your house in your own choice like in my kitchen, I want it to be undermount sinks since its easier to clean and easy to fit. And also the toilet, I have in my mind how it should be and how it should look. And other parts of the house!
Well, I know in a right time God will grant the desires of our heart. He is great in taking care of His children! I’m just excited and full of plans!
Every Christmas time, I always make sure we have a family picture in the christmas tree with gifts as our background! And it’s so wonderful to see this year that we are already complete as a family!
It feels so good we are already four in the picture. As I said, we planned from the beginning to have two children, that is why when we still have Laikka, my eldest, I didn’t feel that we were already complete but this time I can say we are;)
Though this is not my youngest’s first christmas, but this is our first family christmas time picture as four, since last christmas when she was only two months old, we were with my family in Philippines and we have no control of the kind of celebration we had that time! So, I can say that this is our first official family photo with our christmas tree and at our simple home! Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year to all!
We never expect we still can shop for christmas gifts for our dear family and friends. We have in our tight budget this month. But then, I know God will provide and nothing can stop us celebrating christmas since its just once in a year, a very important season of the year actually! So even if its alreay a last minute shopping, my whole family went and hit the road again to the huge shopping center here in Sweden and cheaper!
Here’s how it looks when you shop on this shopping center. It’s a few kilometers drive but if you’ll shop many you will save much! The prices almost half lesser than the nearby store! It looks hard for us shopping with our small children but fortunately we have behave kids so it was no problem in our part!
There’s a foodcourt also inside that store so we just sit there and eat during lnch time and continue shopping when finished. It was a long day but fulfilling and I’m so happy we have something for our loveones this christmas! Ho!ho!ho! Merry Christmas;) Santa Claus soon coming to you!wink* Have a great day everyone!
So many parties we have been and yesterday another party but this time for the family hosted by a family friend Mr and Mrs. Andreason at their residence! We had so much fun being with friends and even meet a new family! My whole family were there and they find amazed that I have already 2 girls. We were ion Philippines last christmas so we were not with them so it was their first time seeing and welcoming my little one in the family!
I just so amazed the feeling of being four already in the family picture during christmas!

As our church tradition every year to celebrate Thanksgiving, I feel so nostalgic seeing their pictures. They held it in an open public with lots of presentations. I remember way back time when I was still in Philippines, I was always be seen in celebrations like this. But then , now seeing them happily , showing the greatness of God in their lives, that makes me happy as well though accross the miles!
To my family and my christian family, Happy Thanksgiving! It is always good to give thanks on everything! God bless us more now and for the years to come! To God be the Glory!
It was a busy weekend for the whole family since we did a great party for my little one! I just want to share the children who attended! I think this is a great picture of them looking so happy and gay! And their smiles made our day colorful!

We attended my friend’s birthday party last week and we had fun meeting our family friend’s there. Some have not been seen each other lately so it was fun meeting them again there. I was so glad because we made our family motif to be RED on that day and alas the birthday girl wears red too! Happy to be ‘in’. So I wanted to have a family picture that day as remembrance! It’s so seldom we got a family color in parties:)

We are a kind of family that live simply and so happy whatever is there. We love travels even if it costs our savings and we buy foods as much as we like, we buy things we needed and even what we want. But then we also have longterm plans and that is what we are talking lately. We plan to buy a house as soon as possible, infact, my husband always check the net for a house almost everyday. One to consider are houses that have less annuities no matter if its a small house as long as there’s enough place to extend as the years progresses on! I am excited but there’s so much to save and to cut if we really need it!
All these we just commit to the provider of all things, and I know in the right time we can have it! I know it’s already there prepared for us, just waiting for the exact time!
